Shipping
- Orders placed before 17:00 are dispatched via Nova Poshta the same day.
- Orders placed on weekends are processed on business days from 9:00 to 19:00.
- Delivery is available only via Nova Poshta: courier, branch pickup, or parcel locker.
- Shipping cost is calculated according to Nova Poshta’s current rates.
- Free shipping for orders from UAH 3000.
Payment
Available payment methods:
- Cash on delivery (COD) via Nova Poshta (at the branch / to the courier). Please note: Nova Poshta may charge a COD service fee according to their тарифs (if applicable).
- Bank transfer to a current account (IBAN) — we will provide payment details / an invoice after order confirmation.
Important upon receipt
- When receiving your parcel at Nova Poshta, please inspect the outer (shipping) and inner (branded) packaging in the presence of a Nova Poshta representative.
- The store is not responsible for damage if the parcel was not checked upon receipt.
- If you notice any damage or mismatch, you may refuse to accept the parcel.
